Common use of Surety Obligations Clause in Contracts

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto on the date hereof, no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto on 7.1.13, as of the date hereof, no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto on the date hereof7.1.11 ------------------- --------------- hereto, no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any other Person.

Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto hereto, on the date hereof, hereof no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any other Person.

Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto and as otherwise permitted under Section 9.2.3, on the date hereof, no Borrower nor PLC nor any of its their Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Except As of the date hereof, except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto 9.1.12 on the date hereof, no Borrower nor any of its Domestic Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Surety Obligations. Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 hereto on the date hereof, no neither Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance perfor­mance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Except as set forth on Schedule SCHEDULE 8.1.12 hereto hereto, on the date hereof, hereof no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person.

Except as set forth on Schedule 8.1.12 9.1.12 hereto on the date hereof, no Borrower nor any of its Subsidiaries is obligated as surety or indemnitor under any surety or similar bond or other contract issued or entered into any agreement to assure payment, performance or completion of performance of any undertaking or obligation of any Person, in each case with a face value in excess of $1,000,000.
