Surety Agreements. No Loan Party or any of its Subsidiaries has any Surety Bond or related agreement (including any intercreditor agreements) with any Surety except as disclosed on Schedule 5.31 to the Information Certificate (including all amendments thereto).
Surety Agreements. Each ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that they have had ▇▇▇▇▇▇'s parent(s) or guardian(s) sign and return one fully executed Surety Agreement to CRMC on or before the date of signing this Rental Agreement. If any ▇▇▇▇▇▇ fails to provide a signed surety agreement before signing this agreement, the Lessee agrees to provide a properly executed surety agreement within fourteen (14) days after signing this lease. If Surety agreements are not timely turned in by all Lessees, CRMC may terminate the lease in its entirety or elect to continue the lease, at CRMC’s option. Once ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Surety comply with the terms of the Surety Agreement, the liability of each individual Lessee who has returned such Surety Agreement is limited to a pro-rata share of the total rent, utilities paid by CRMC, and damages. In the event that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ does not turn in a Surety Agreement, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Authorizes CRMC to contact ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s parents/guardian regarding the Surety Agreement. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that CRMC may provide information regarding any matter concerning the lease to the sureties.
Surety Agreements. Any Obligor shall disclaim liability under, or attempt to revoke or terminate, any surety agreement executed by any such Obligor whereby such Obligor agreed to become surety for the Obligations.
