Sureties. Sureties shall be listed on the US Department of the Treasury’s Listing of Approved Sureties stating companies holding Certificates of Authority as acceptable sureties on Federal Bonds and acceptable reinsuring companies (Department Circular 570) and have a rating of A- or better with A.M.

Sureties. The Employer may withhold payment of amounts due to the Contractor until the bond or guarantee required in terms of this contract has been received and accepted by the person notified to the Contractor by the Service Manager to receive and accept such bond or guarantee. Such withholding of payment due to the Contractor does not affect the Employer’s right to termination stated in this contract.

Sureties. 1. The Freight Forwarder has the right to refuse the delivery of Goods, documents and monies, that the Freight Forwarder has or will obtain, for whatever reason and with whatever destination, in respect of another party.

All bonds shall be made on forms furnished by the OWNER and shall be executed by not less than one corporate surety authorized to do business in the State of Texas and acceptable to the OWNER. The sureties shall be listed in the most current Federal Register Treasury List. Each bond shall be executed by the CONTRACTOR and surety. Each surety shall designate an agent resident in the OWNER’S jurisdictional area acceptable to the OWNER to whom any requisite notices may be delivered and on whom service of process may be had in matters arising out of such suretyship. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all sureties.

Documentation control Specify how documentation will be identified with an alpha numeric which indicates source, recipient, communication number etc. Provide details of any particular format or other constraints; for example that all contractual communications will be in the form of properly compiled letters or forms attached to e mails and not as a message in the e mail itself. State any particular routing requirements but note from TSC3 who issues what to whom. Invoicing and payment The Z clauses make reference to invoicing procedures stated here in this Service Information. Also include a list of information which is to be shown on an invoice. Within one week of receiving a payment certificate from the Service Manager in terms of core clause 51.1, the Contractor provides the Employer with a tax invoice showing the amount due for payment equal to that stated in the Service Manager’s payment certificate. The Contractor shall address the tax invoice to and include on each invoice the following information: Name and address of the Contractor and the Service Manager; The contract number and title;
Sureties. No person apart from the Company has given any guarantee of or security for any overdraft, loan or loan facility granted to the Company.
