Supportive Services Coordination. The SUBRECIPIENT shall coordinate and manage the provision of supportive services to WIOA registrants (subject to limitations in The Act and local Orange County Development Board [OCDB] policies) to overcome barriers to young adults’ job search, training or placement. WIOA supportive services shall only be issued after a need has been identified and when no other funding is available to pay for such services. The SUBRECIPIENT is responsible for managing the provision of supportive services in a cost efficient manner to ensure non-duplication of resources and services. Supportive services may include but are not limited to transportation, childcare, work-related tools, and clothing.

Supportive Services Coordination. Contractor shall identify and provide supportive services and/or referrals as appropriate. Supportive services shall include, but are not limited to transportation, clothing, childcare and other costs that may be a barrier to an individual’s job search, training or placement. Supportive services shall only be issued after a need has been identified and when no other funding is available to pay for such services. Contractor shall be responsible for managing the provision of supportive services in as cost efficient manner as possible to ensure fair distribution and non-duplication of resources and services. Contractor Exhibit B V1-V-09 shall adhere to all requirements specified in OMB circular A-87(c) (1) as well as the Contractor’s Policy Memorandum on supportive services.

  • Supportive Services 2.1. Case Management Access Shelter Providers are required to have case management available to participants on site. Participation within case management is voluntary to program participants, however all participants must be offered case management and must be engaged on an ongoing basis to encourage participation. Shelter Providers should recognize that it may take multiple contacts before a participant is ready to engage. Shelter Providers must ensure case management services are participant-centered to individual needs. Programs must provide space for the provision of case management that works to create as much privacy and confidentiality as possible.

  • Cooperation and Coordination The Parties acknowledge and agree that it is their mutual objective and intent to minimize, to the extent feasible and legal, taxes payable with respect to their collaborative efforts under this Agreement and that they shall use all commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate and coordinate with each other to achieve such objective.
