Supported Technology Sample Clauses

The Supported Technology clause defines which technologies, platforms, or systems are officially recognized and maintained under the agreement. It typically lists specific software versions, hardware, or operating environments that the provider will support, and may outline procedures for updating this list as technology evolves. This clause ensures both parties have a clear understanding of what is covered, reducing disputes over unsupported technologies and helping manage expectations regarding compatibility and maintenance.
Supported Technology. Acxiom represents, warrants and covenants that it shall keep the third party Equipment and Software utilized by Acxiom in providing the Services under applicable maintenance agreements, as provided by the respective vendor of each such asset.

Supported Technology. All Wireless Data Card-branded access points within the corporate firewall will be centrally managed by WorldMark’s IT department and will utilize encryption and strong authentication measures. Although IT is not able to manage the public network to which Wireless Data Card devices initially connect, end-users are expected to adhere to the same security protocols while utilizing this equipment. Failure to do so will result in immediate suspension of all network access privileges so as to protect the company’s infrastructure. Wireless cards only allowed to connect via WorldMark / MotorOne devices.
Supported Technology. All remote access will be centrally managed by LRCCD’s District Office Information Technology Department (DOIT) and will utilize encryption and strong authentication measures. Any device connecting to any LRCCD network remotely must have currently supported operating systems patched with current security patches. Unpatched systems may be denied access to LRCCD resources.
