Common use of Support Term Clause in Contracts

Support Term. Support for Customers with a Software Support contract shall automatically renew for additional annual Support Terms unless Customer provides ▇▇▇▇▇▇ with written notice of non-renewal at least forty-five (45) days prior to the end of the then-current Support period. Support fees are payable annually in advance and subject to increase for any renewal period, provided (i) ▇▇▇▇▇▇ notifies Customer of such fee increase at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the then-current Support Term; and (ii) the increase does not exceed five percent (5%) of the Support fees for the then-current period.
