Support Settlement. From and after the date of the filing of this amended Agreement, each of the Trustees shall (i) support the structure of the settlement and compromise as set forth in this Agreement and (ii) recommend acceptance of the settlement and compromise set forth in this Agreement to their respective Holders as a reasonable compromise and resolution of the claims in the Adversary Proceeding and related matters with respect to the Bonds (such recommendations may, in the sole discretion of the Trustees, include references to any directions received from the Designated Holders); provided, however, that if BNY receives the direction to which reference is made in Section 10 hereof, it may withdraw from this Agreement as to the series of Bonds for which such a direction was given as therein set forth.
