Support Representative. The vendor shall designate an individual to serve as a point of contact (POC) for FEDLINK customers. This individual shall be familiar with the terms of the LC/FEDLINK BOA and FEDLINK processes, and shall understand the publications acquisitions needs of federal libraries and information centers. This individual shall have the ability and authority to answer questions and resolve problems.
