Support Rate Clause Samples

The Support Rate clause defines the specific rate or fee that will be charged for support services provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines how the support rate is calculated—such as an hourly fee, a flat monthly charge, or a tiered pricing structure—and may specify which types of support activities are covered. By clearly establishing the cost and scope of support, this clause helps prevent disputes over billing and ensures both parties understand the financial terms associated with ongoing support services.
