Support Fee. There shall be no fees for Support Services during the Initial Term. If any additional Support Services beyond those listed in these Terms and Conditions are requested, or Buyer requests an extension of the Support Services Initial Term, such additional Support Services shall be invoiced, in advance, at the fees set forth on xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/software/renewals.html, and Support Services shall be provided only after payment in full for such extension has been received by Imatest.
Support Fee. Upon payment of any required maintenance fee, Licensee shall provide Licensee support Services in the manner specified in exhibit H. Support Fee. In consideration for the support and maintenance services provided by GUPTA as specified in Section 4 below, for each calendar quarter that this Agreement is in effect, OEM agrees to pay GUPTA a quarterly Support Fee as specified on the signature page.

Support Fee. The then-current list price for the applicable Supported System and the Support Plan Level purchased. Support Fees for any Renewal Terms are subject to change based on Nagios Enterprises' then-current pricing in effect; however, in no event will a Support Fee for a Supported System at the same Support Plan Level during any Renewal Term increase by more than 7% over the Initial Term or any preceding Renewal Term without Nagios Enterprises providing Customer with at least sixty (60) days notice prior to the expiration date of the Initial Term or the then-current Renewal Term. All Support Fees are due annually in advance of the term covered.
Support Fee. End user shall make payment of support fees according to a written quotation provided by Licensor (or provided by an authorized third party, such as the supplier of the hardware on which the Kaminario Software is installed or an authorized Kaminario reseller) (the “Support Fees”). The Support Fees are non-refundable, and no portion thereof shall be returned if this Agreement is terminated prior to end of the applicable support period.
Support Fee. The amount of the support fee to be paid by the Corporate Sponsor to WEF is described in Addendum A. Corporate Sponsor is eligible for the member rate only if the Corporate Sponsor has an Exhibitor Membership or Corporate Membership at the time of billing and at the time of the Conference. Corporate Sponsor agrees that the Support Fee will be paid in full before Corporate Sponsor is entitled to the receipt of any sponsor recognition at Water Innovation 2017. The full payment of the sponsorship fees is due no later than January 13, 2017.
