Support Facility Clause Samples
The SUPPORT FACILITY clause defines the terms under which additional financial or operational assistance is provided to a party, typically in the context of a loan or credit agreement. This clause outlines the scope, conditions, and mechanisms for accessing supplementary resources, such as backup lines of credit or technical support, which may be triggered under specific circumstances like financial distress or operational shortfalls. Its core practical function is to ensure that the beneficiary has access to necessary support to maintain stability and fulfill obligations, thereby mitigating risks associated with unforeseen challenges.
