Support Data. Publisher may collect and use Support Data internally to provide technical support for the Offering. Publisher will not use Support Data for any other purpose unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.

Support Data. Data collected and maintained by Provider when a Purchasing Entity submits requests for support and trouble-shooting services, including information about the hardware and software Products and other details about the support incident and interaction.
Support Data. In a continuous effort to enhance and improve the performance, quality and support of the Software, BigID collects and uses certain metadata derived from the Customer usage of the Software to create (i) high level, generic, anonymous, statistical and/or benchmarking data (“Statistical Data”) and aggregates with other customer information (the “Aggregated Data”). such Aggregated Data does not identify and cannot be used to identify, reveal or be traced back to Customer, a User, any Customer System or any specific Customer Data. Customer grants BigID a perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid-up, worldwide right to use, copy, modify, create derivative works of, publish, and exploit the Statistical Data as incorporated into the Aggregated Data solely for BigID’s internal business purpose of improving, optimizing, and monitoring the performance of the Software and Services and for the purpose of creating benchmarking data. BigID does not and will not sell or transfer the Statistical Data or Aggregated Data to any third party. Representatives and subcontractors utilized by BigID in connection with the provision of SaaS and/or Services as applicable may have access to such.
Support Data. Customer acknowledges that correspondence, log files and other support data generated in conjunction with a request for customer support services may contain sensitive, confidential or personal information. Customer is solely responsible for taking the steps it considers necessary to protect such data, including obfuscating the logs or otherwise guarding such information prior to sending them to AetherPal.

Support Data. 9.1 Summary Support Data is the information we collect when you submit a support request or run an automated troubleshooter, including information about hardware, software, and other details related to the support incident, such as: contact or authentication information, chat session personalization, information about the condition of the machine and the application from when the fault occurred and during diagnostics, system and registry data about software installations and hardware configurations, and error-tracking files. We use Support Data as described in this privacy statement, and additionally use it to resolve your support incident and for training purposes.
Support Data. In order to provide the Services to you, cPanel may collect information from you including but not limited to: (a) IP addresses, usernames and passwords necessary to login to SSH, WebHost Manager and the Licensed Server’s root directory; (b) the usernames and passwords necessary to login into any affected accounts including email accounts, cPanel accounts, MySQL accounts and other accounts; and (c) other information that you voluntarily supply or that cPanel requests in order to resolve your Incident ((a) through (c) collectively, “Support Data”). cPanel will use commercially reasonable efforts to preserve the security of the Support Data by using reasonable physical and electronic security measures (except to the extent cPanel is required or permitted to disclose, access or use such information by Applicable Law), but cPanel cannot guarantee the security of such data. To the extent that Applicable Law requires that you obtain any consents, permissions or licenses from third parties (including Third Party Users) or to give any notices or disclaimers to third parties (including Third Party Users) prior your disclosure of Support Data to cPanel, you agree to comply with such Applicable Laws prior your disclosure of Support Data to cPanel.

  • Software Title and ownership to Existing Software Product(s) delivered by Contractor under the Contract that is normally commercially distributed on a license basis by the Contractor or other independent software vendor proprietary owner (“Existing Licensed Product”), embedded in the Custom Products, shall remain with Contractor or the proprietary owner of other independent software vendor(s) (ISV). Effective upon acceptance, such Product shall be licensed to Authorized User in accordance with the Contractor or ISV owner’s standard license agreement, provided, however, that such standard license, must, at a minimum: (a) grant Authorized User a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, adapt (unless Contractor advises Authorized User as part of Contractor’s proposal that adaptation will violate existing agreements or statutes and Contractor demonstrates such to the Authorized User’s satisfaction) and distribute Existing Licensed Product to the Authorized User up to the license capacity stated in the Purchase Order or work order with all license rights necessary to fully effect the general business purpose(s) stated in the Bid or Authorized User’s Purchase Order or work order, including the financing assignment rights set forth in paragraph (c) below; and (b) recognize the State of New York as the licensee where the Authorized User is a state agency, department, board, commission, office or institution. Where these rights are not otherwise covered by the ISV’s owner’s standard license agreement, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining these rights at its sole cost and expense. The Authorized User shall reproduce all copyright notices and any other legend of ownership on any copies authorized under this clause. Open source software is developed independently of Contractor and may be governed by a separate license (“open source software”). If the open source software is governed by a separate License and provided under this Contract, Contractor shall provide a copy of that license in the applicable Documentation and the Authorized User's license rights and obligations with respect to that open source software shall be defined by those separate license terms and subject to the conditions, if any, therein. Nothing in this Contract shall restrict, limit, or otherwise affect any rights or obligations the Authorized User may have, or conditions to which the Authorized User may be subject, under such separate open source license terms.
