Support Collaboration. In carrying out the Development throughout the Term of this License Agreement 1888 shall make good faith efforts to collaborate with Cielo on all Development and Improvement activities, under collaborative and commercially reasonable terms and conditions as agreed to by the parties on an ongoing basis.
