SUPPLY OF THE LICENSED PRODUCT. Noven shall be the exclusive supplier of Licensed Product to Endo, and shall supply Licensed Product to Endo at Noven's fully loaded manufacturing cost. The supply of Licensed Product to Endo by Noven shall be governed by the Supply Agreement, which shall address, among other things, the supply price, forecasts, purchase orders and minimum orders, and a Quality Agreement, which shall delineate the regulatory responsibilities of the Parties.
