Supply matrix. Linkage coal can be taken to the linked EUP(s) of the bidder under common registration. The supply distribution matrix among the linked EUP(s)(all or less) for each monthly scheduled quantity(as per ACQ or quantity mutually agreed between seller and buyer) shall have to be declared/submitted by the FSA holder/Purchaser to the coal company atleast 15 days prior to commencement of the concerned month. In case of non-receipt of the above distribution matrix, the coal company may use the matrix of last available month for the purpose of supply of coal against the quota of the concerned month. In case of non availability of the above, proportionate(to the individual linked EUP capacity) distribution of SQ among the linked EUP(s) may be considered by the Coal company. Any change of destination (to other linked unit/EUP) of the Rail program/allotment shall be subject to mutual agreement by Purchaser and Seller and as per extant Railway rules. However, once the Road sale order is issued for quota of any month on account of any EUP/Unit, any change of EUP/Unit will not be allowed for the concerned Road mode Sales Order. The above distribution matrix shall have to be as per Transport Factor of the concerned mode.
