Supply Materials Sample Clauses
Supply Materials. The Customer must provide at their own cost all materials required for the construction of their connection to the LLEN network to LLEN’s specifications.
Supply Materials. 6.1 The Contractor shall, within the agreed contract price, supply such materials as required and detailed by the Specifications.

Allied shall supply to Dealer, at prices to be determined from time to time by Allied, lumber, hardware, building materials, services, and related items which Dealer orders from Allied from time to time. Subject to the other provisions of this Agreement, such materials and services shall be supplied to Dealer by Allied on the same basis and in the same manner as Allied supplies materials and services to its other dealers.
