Full and accurate details of all agreements or arrangements for the supply of stock, raw materials, products or goods to or by the Company which involve or are likely to involve the supply of goods the aggregate sale value of which will represent in excess of five per cent. of the turnover for the financial year of the Company ended on the Accounts Date are contained in the Disclosure Letter and copies annexed to it.
