Supplier’s Power to Contract. The Supplier represents and warrants that it has the full right and power and all necessary licences, authorizations and qualifications to enter into and perform its obligations under this CSA and that it is not a party to any agreement with another Person which would in any way interfere with the rights of the Client under this Contract.
