Supplier — Supplied Documents. The following shall be inserted at the beginning of Clause 6.3 of AS4911: The Supplier shall submit all data in an approved format within a reasonable period as nominated by the Purchaser. The supply of all data, requested under the Contract is mandatory and a condition upon which the payment of the final fixed portion of the contract price may be withheld from the Supplier.
