Supplier Solicitation Clause Samples

The Supplier Solicitation clause defines the rules and limitations regarding a party's ability to approach or recruit suppliers involved in the contract. Typically, this clause restricts one party from directly or indirectly soliciting, enticing, or engaging suppliers that are already under contract or negotiation with the other party, often for a specified period. By establishing these boundaries, the clause helps prevent conflicts of interest, protects business relationships, and ensures that proprietary supplier networks are not undermined during or after the contractual relationship.
