SUPPLIER ENVIRONMENTAL Sample Clauses

SUPPLIER ENVIRONMENTAL. WARRANTY Supplier hereby warrants, represents and certifies that Supplier’s performance of this Agreement, Supplier’s PRODUCTS and the result of Supplier’s SERVICES rendered hereunder conform to and shall conform and comply with all climatic, weather and environmental factors and requirements identified in Appendices B and L hereto, , and shall comply in all material respects with all applicable Federal, State, County and Municipal laws, statutes, regulations, and codes which relate to environmental protection and employee protection including, but not limited to, the Atomic Energy Act, Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act, Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, Hazardous Materials Transportation Act, Marine Protection, Research and Sanctuaries Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Noise Control Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, Safe Drinking Water Act, Solid Waste Disposal Act, Toxic Substances Control Act, and any equivalent or similar state, county, or local law, regulation, statute, code, or ordinance.
