Common use of Supplier Compliance Clause in Contracts

Supplier Compliance. i) The Supplier must comply with all relevant legislative requirements in Australia and not limited to Right to Work and Human Rights Conditions and to Masters and Young policies and procedures. ii) The Supplier shall have a documented Quality Management System that complies to AS9100D / ISO 9001 international quality standard. The Buyer shall be entitled to audit the Supplier’s Quality Management System.
