Supplier Audit Requirement. If the solution or service is intended to be used with validated systems, a Supplier on-site audit may be required. The Supplier agrees to have a Supplier on-site audit conducted by Roche (or any third parties designated by Roche) as deemed necessary after the conclusion of the Supplier Assessment, and to address all critical and major findings.
