Supplier as Data Processor or Sub-Data Processor. This Section 2 applies to the extent that in relation to particular Personal Data: • AT&T is a Data Controller and Supplier is its Data Processor; or • AT&T is a Data Processor and Supplier is its Sub-Data Processor.
