Common use of Supplied Products Clause in Contracts

Supplied Products. For all Supplied Products to be delivered on a date on or after January 12, 1998, and throughout the remainder of the Term, subject to extension as needed to satisfy Section 4(f) above, Herbalife agrees to purchase from Supplier, subject to and on the terms and conditions set forth herein, those of the Supplied Products that Herbalife or any Affiliate may determine to order from Supplier hereunder, and Supplier agrees to manufacture and sell to Herbalife or any Affiliate such Supplied Products, subject to and on the terms and conditions set forth herein.
