Common use of Supplied by Company Clause in Contracts

Supplied by Company. At the request of the Named Fiduciary, the Committee or the Trustees, the Company shall furnish in writing to the Named Fiduciary, the Committee or the Trustees such information as may be necessary or desirable in order that the Named Fiduciary, the Committee or the Trustees may be able to carry out their respective duties hereunder. The Named Fiduciary, the Committee and the Trustees shall be entitled to rely upon such information as being correct.
