Supplements to Option Data Package. Following delivery of an Option Notice, Voyager shall have the right to provide supplemental updates to any of CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL PORTIONS OF THIS EXHIBIT WERE OMITTED AND REPLACED WITH “[***]”. A COMPLETE VERSION OF THIS EXHIBIT HAS BEEN FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECRETARY OF THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO AN APPLICATION REQUESTING CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT UNDER RULE 406 PROMULGATED UNDER THE SECURITIES ACT OF 1933, AS AMENDED. the information included in the Option Data Package included therein. In addition, Voyager shall be required to promptly provide supplemental update(s) to Genzyme if new material information becomes available to Voyager that would have been included in the Option Data Package had such information been available to Voyager at the time the Option Notice was delivered (including any Safety Concern or Serious Adverse Event information).
