Common use of Supplementary Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Documentation. Promptly upon the request of the Bank, execute and deliver or cause to be executed and delivered such further instruments and do or cause to be done such further acts as may be necessary or as may be reasonably requested by the Bank to carry out more effectively the purposes of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
