Common use of Supplemental Services Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Services. The Sub-Adviser may enter into arrangements with other persons affiliated with the Sub-Adviser or with unaffiliated third parties to better enable the Sub-Adviser to fulfill its obligations under this Contract for the provision of certain personnel and facilities to the Sub-Adviser, at its own expense and subject to the Sub-Adviser retaining overall responsibility for the acts and omissions of such persons.
