Supplemental Declarations. Supplemental declaration(s) may, but need not necessarily, be recorded from time to time by Declarant (or with the express prior written consent of Declarant, in its sole discretion). A supplemental declaration shall be supplemental to this Declaration, and may create a sub-association and/or impose supplemental obligations, covenants, conditions, or restrictions, or reservations of easements, with respect to a particular portion of the Property or other land described in such instrument. This Declaration and any supplemental declaration shall be construed to be consistent with each other to the greatest extent reasonably possible; however, in the event of any irreconcilable conflict, the provisions of this Declaration shall prevail. Any purported supplemental declaration recorded by a person other than Declarant, without the express prior written consent of Declarant, shall be null and void.

  • Supplemental Funding Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances. The State will comply with all Federal program agency policies and procedures for requesting supplemental grant funding. All Orders, Purchase Orders issued or contracts executed by TIPS or a TIPS Member and accepted by the Vendor prior to the expiration or termination of this agreement, shall survive expiration or termination of the Agreement, subject to previously agreed terms and conditions agreed by the parties or as otherwise specified herein relating to termination of this agreement.

  • TARIFF AMENDMENTS 18.1 Subject to your right to terminate this Agreement, provided for in clause 16 above, SAMRO may at its own discretion amend its Tariff at any time.
