Common use of Supplemental Agreements Without Consent of Applicable Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Agreements Without Consent of Applicable Certificateholders. Without the consent of the Applicable Certificateholders, the Guarantor and the Company may, and the Trustee (subject to Section 9.03) shall, at any time and from time to time, enter into one or more agreements supplemental hereto or, if applicable, to the Deposit Agreements, the Escrow Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Reference Agency Agreement (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), the Note Purchase Agreement or any Liquidity Facility, for any of the following purposes:

Without the consent of the Applicable Certificateholders, the Guarantor and the Company may, and the Trustee (subject to Section 9.03) shall, at any time and from time to time, enter into one or more agreements supplemental hereto or, if applicable, to the Deposit Agreements, the Escrow Agreements, the Intercreditor Agreement, the Reference Agency Agreement (as defined in the Intercreditor Agreement), the Note Purchase Agreement or Agreement, any Liquidity Facility, the Policy or the Policy Provider Agreement, for any of the following purposes:
