Supplement and Modification. 1. Matters not covered herein may be supplemented or modified by both parties. 2. Modifications and supplements to this Agreement shall take effect only after being signed and confirmed in writing by both parties or their authorized representatives. 3. Modifications and supplements shall be an integral part of this Agreement and have the same effect as this Agreement. In case of any inconsistency between the modifications or supplements and this Agreement, the provisions of the supplementary agreement shall prevail.
