The 'Supper Meal' clause defines the provision of an evening meal, typically specifying the circumstances under which a supper is to be provided, who is eligible to receive it, and any relevant standards or timing. For example, this clause may require an employer to provide a meal to employees working beyond a certain hour, or it may outline the type and quality of food to be served during late shifts. Supper Meal. (a) A full-time or part-time PSSE required to work beyond 8.00 pm shall: be entitled to a supper meal at no cost consistent with the meal available to Sessional Officers on a sitting night; where a supper meal is not available the PSSE shall be entitled to an allowance of seven dollars and fifty cents ($7.50).
Supper Meal. (a) A PSSE required to work overtime for a Parliamentary function extending beyond 8.00 pm shall:
(i) be entitled to a supper meal at no cost consistent with the meal available to Sessional Officers on a sitting night.
(ii) where a supper meal is not available the PSSE shall be entitled to an allowance of $7.50.
(iii) PSSE’s who are working ordinary hours have no entitlement to a free supper or the allowance.
