Common use of Supervisory Training Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Training. The County will provide training to all supervisors on establishing reasonable suspicion and the nature of alcohol and drug dependency. Supervisors who have not been trained will not have the authority to direct employees to be tested on the basis of reasonable suspicion of being under the influence.
