Common use of Supervisory Training Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Training. A joint Labor/Management Committee designated by the parties will meet periodically to discuss the State’s Supervisory Unit training program and its operations, including input on application process, scheduling of courses, special conferences and seminars and curriculum options. Unit employees with recall rights under the RIF Article may register to participate in the training programs without charge to the employee.
