Supervision of Franchise Business Sample Clauses

The Supervision of Franchise Business clause establishes the franchisor's right and responsibility to oversee the franchisee's operations to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines. Typically, this involves regular inspections, audits, or reviews of the franchisee's business practices, financial records, and customer service quality. By setting clear expectations for oversight, this clause helps maintain consistency across all franchise locations and protects the integrity of the franchisor's brand.
