Common use of Supervision of Construction Clause in Contracts

Supervision of Construction. The City shall be under no obligation to perform any of the construction or to complete the construction of the Improvements on the Property, or to supervise any construction on the Property and shall not be responsible for inadequate or deficient contractors, subcontractors, materials, equipment, or supplies. The City is not the agent for the Borrower, nor is the City a partner or joint venturer with Borrower.
