Supervision; Inspection of Books. (a) Proper and complete books of account and records of the business of the Partnership shall be kept under the supervision of the Managing General Partner at the Partnership's principal office and at such other place as designated by the Managing General Partner. The Managing General Partner shall give notice to each Partner of any changes in the location of such books and records. Such books and records must be open to inspection, audit and copying by any Partner, or its designated representative, upon reasonable notice at any time during business hours for any purpose reasonably related to the Partner's Partnership Interest in the Partnership. Any information so obtained or copied must be kept and maintained in strictest confidence except as required by law.
