Common use of Supervised Work Clause in Contracts

Supervised Work. Landlord and Tena▇▇ ▇▇▇ognize that to the extent Landlord permits Tenant to perform any Alterations outside the Premises and/or affecting the Building systems, or if required by Legal Requirements, Landlord may need to make arrangements to have supervisory personnel on site. Accordingly, Landlord and Tenant agree as follows: Tenant shall give Landlord at least two (2) business days’ prior written notice of any proposed Alterations outside the Premises and/or affecting the Building systems (the “Supervised Work”). Tenant shall reimburse Landlord, within thirty (30) days after demand therefor, for the reasonable cost of Landlord’s supervisory personnel overseeing the Supervised Work.
