Common use of Supersedes Previous Agreement Clause in Contracts

Supersedes Previous Agreement. Effective as of the date of this Agreement, this Agreement shall supersede and cancel all prior agreements relating to Executive’s employment by the Company or any of its affiliates and predecessors, including, without limitation, the employment agreement between Executive and THQ Inc. dated as of January 1, 2001, and any amendments thereto. Notwithstanding the preceding sentence, this Agreement is not intended, and shall not be construed, to affect Executive’ s rights in any compensation or benefits that have been granted or accrued prior to the Effective Date or rights contained in any Indemnification Agreement entered into prior to the Effective Date.
