Superintendent designee. If the grievance is not satisfactorily settled after Step 1, the grievance shall be transmitted by the employee/Association to the Superintendent/designee within ten (10) working days after the completion of Step 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent/designee shall meet with the Association representative on the grievance and shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) working days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and/or Association.
Superintendent designee. Each year the Superintendent will inform the Association in writing of the name of the individual he/she has designated to serve as chief District negotiator responsible for agreement administration and District-Association liaison discussions. The Superintendent/designee will meet to hear the grievance within five (5) days following the submission of the grievance. c. A decision will be rendered in writing within five (5) days after the meeting.
