Common use of Superannuation fund Clause in Contracts

Superannuation fund. (a) The Employer shall make superannuation contributions for the benefit of Employees in accordance with clause 19.2 into the Employee's nominated fund. If the Employee does not choose a fund in accordance with legislation, the Employer will make the contributions into: (i) the Employee's stapled fund; or (ii) if the Australian Taxation Office does not identify a stapled fund for the Employee, to the Employer's default fund provided that the Employer's default fund must offer a MySuper product as defined in the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
