Provide user access to the Civica Financials – Debtors module to nominated Trust employees • Provide appropriate system training to allow direct processing of sundry debtor accounts • Ensure that invoices raised by the Trust are issued as part of the standard printing arrangements of the Council • Agree standard recovery timescales and routes and ensure appropriate debt recovery processes are in place. • Maintain standing data as requested and instructed by the Trust. • Provide access to allow users to set up and run standard reports etc
