Sun-Ex grant. Solar Cell Owner a power of attorney to execute all documents and to take all other actions needed to enable Solar Cell Owner to obtain the benefits described in Section 27.1. This power, being coupled with an interest, is irrevocable and shall survive the termination of this Cell Owner Agreement.
