Common use of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP Clause in Contracts

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth Amendment to the Fourth Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth 2nd Amendment to the Fourth third Amended and Restated agreement Agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (the “Partnership”) is made and entered into on April 21November 26, 2021 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and among SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIPPartnership, and GREEN COURTE REAL ESTATE PARTNERS, LLC, a Michigan Delaware limited partnership liability company (the “PartnershipSeries A-4 Preferred Partner”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth Two Hundred Seventy fifth Amendment to the Fourth Second Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership Agreement of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21June 23, 2021 2011, but effective as of May 1, 2011 (“Effective Date”), by and between SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”), and the holders of Series A-1 Preferred Units (as hereinafter defined) set forth on Exhibit A hereto (collectively, the “Series A-1 Preferred Partners”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth Sixth Amendment to the Fourth Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21September 30, 2021 2020 (“Effective Date”), by SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth Eighth Amendment to the Fourth Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21December 31, 2021 2020 (“Effective Date”), by SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth TWELFTH Amendment to the Fourth Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21December 31, 2021 2023 (“Effective Date”), by SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”).

SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. This Ninth Eleventh Amendment to the Fourth Amended and Restated agreement of Limited Partnership of Sun Communities Operating Limited Partnership (this “Amendment”) is made and entered into on April 21March 23, 2021 2023 (“Effective Date”), by SUN COMMUNITIES, INC., a Maryland corporation (the “General Partner”), as the general partner and owner of more than 50% of the Common OP Units of SUN COMMUNITIES OPERATING LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, a Michigan limited partnership (the “Partnership”).
