Summoning a Meeting. The Trustee shall summon a Debenture Holders Meeting for each series separately (“Annual Meeting”) each year and no later fourteen (14) days after the second annual report regarding trust matters (as mentioned in clause 21 of the Deed of Trust) was submitted, which shall be convened no later than sixty (60) days after the report was submitted. The agenda of the Annual Meeting shall include the appointment of the Trustee for the period that shall be determined (unless the prior Meeting determined a longer appointment time), a discussion of the annual report regarding trust matters as well as any other subject included in the agenda as stated in Section 25L2 of the Securities Law.
