Common use of Summary Suspension of Tribal Gaming License Clause in Contracts

Summary Suspension of Tribal Gaming License. The Tribal Gaming Agency may summarily suspend the tribal gaming license of any licensee if the Tribal Gaming Agency determines that the continued licensing of the person could constitute a threat to the public health or safety or may violate the Tribal Gaming Agency’s licensing or other standards. The Tribal Gaming Agency shall notify the State Gaming Agency within seven (7) days of any such determination. Any right to notice or hearing in regard thereto shall be governed by tribal law.
