Common use of Summary Statement Clause in Contracts

Summary Statement. A contract with Tyler Technologies to continue to provide support and licensing for the Kerrville Police Department's Computer Aided Dispatch and Records Management Systems. This agreement comes at a cost of $36,257 annually for a period of three years. The total cost of the term of the contract will be $108,771. This will continue to allow KPD to operate the existing Tyler CAD/RMS system in use and provides technical support and updating for the system over the contract period.
