Summary Section. This Article 2 is intended to generally summarize the collaboration between the Parties to this Agreement. The terms and conditions of the Agreement, excluding Article 2, should prevail in meaning and operation and this Article 2 should not be read to supercede any other term or condition of the Agreement in the case of inconsistency.
