Summary Document. The Summary Document to be delivered by the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement is solely to provide a summary of the main terms and conditions of the Agreement for the purposes of the Bank of Italy's instructions on the transparency of banking transactions and services (lstruzioni di vigilanza perle banche, Titolo X, Capitola 1). The Parties agree that the Summary Document is not intended to amend, supplement or interpret this Agreement. In case of inconsistency between this Agreement and the Summary Document, this Agreement will prevail for all purposes.
