Common use of SUMF CHARGES Clause in Contracts

SUMF CHARGES. 5.1 In consideration of the supply of the SUMF Items by the Supplier to the Purchaser, as provided herein, the Purchaser shall pay the Supplier the SUMF Charges specified in Schedule 2. 5.2 The Purchaser shall be responsible for any existing or future sales tax, use tax, value added tax, environmental tax or other governmental charge or tax (other than taxes measured by income) levied or imposed on the Supplier with respect to any SUMF Items consumed by the Purchaser.
